Roata Norocului is an extremely elegant restaurant, using a menu featuring both equally regular Romanian dishes, along with Western favorites.Their soup possibilities are good, as are their mains. They even have a good beverages menu, including Ursus beers and plenty of wine alternatives.I would like I could say a similar about the normal Christian
